Policy paper - “Designing a Creative Cluster Ecosystem in Georgia”, Nikoloz Nadirashvili, Lidia Varbanova, 2022, Creative Georgia, has been produced with EU-UNESCO support in the frames of the project: “Designing a Creative Cluster Ecosystem in Georgia

 

This report was produced through a project supported by the EU/UNESCO: “Designing a Creative Cluster Ecosystem in Georgia”. The paper aims to provide stakeholders from state/municipal, private, and civil sectors with information about potential stimulation mechanisms for initiating, developing, and maintaining creative clusters countrywide.

For attaining this goal, the objectives of the paper are as follows: to define the main challenges and opportunities of the creative cluster ecosystem in Georgia; to identify potential corresponding stimulation mechanisms at the national level and to provide respective recommendations for further policy actions; to provide stakeholders with an action plan encompassing the activities for implementing the optimal combination of the stimulation mechanisms described and analyzed throughout the paper.
