Project Submission Terms and Conditions
To submit an application for project funding from the Legal Entity of Public Law "Creative Georgia," please follow the steps outlined below and provide the required documentation:
Project Funding Application – Appendix No. 1: This is the main application form where you will need to fill in your personal details and provide a comprehensive description of your project.
Project Application – Appendix No. 2.1: This appendix should include the total budget of the project or activity, a detailed project description, the evaluation criteria, your experience in managing similar projects, and the stages of project implementation.
Project Budget – Appendix No. 2.2: In this document, you should provide a detailed cost estimate for the project or event. Your signature is required.
Please submit the completed documents in either PDF or Microsoft Excel format.
Identity Verification
• Individuals: Copy of valid identity card or passport
• Legal entities: Current extract from the registry of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurial legal entities (issued within the last 12 months)
Financial Information
• Applicant’s bank account details and tax identification code
Representative Submissions
When submitting through a representative, provide:
• Representative’s identity verification document
• Proof of authorization to act on behalf of the applicant
Submission Requirements
• Documents may be submitted with either electronic or physical signatures
• All documentation must be in Georgian language
• Foreign language documents require notarized Georgian translation
